Traditional hatha and kundalini yoga classes

Yoga is a spiritual path which connects the breath and body through practices involving postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama) and meditation. My classes incorporate all of these as well as chanting (mantra) for a holistic experience which is much more than just exercise.
Classes are generally slow and gentle but firm, with longer holds rather than speedy transitions.

10 - 11am hatha yoga flow on Wednesdays
£8 drop-in to pay on the day or you can get a monthly membership including daily yoga classes and sauna here.
12 week course Hatha Yoga Basics starting in Todmorden on 23rd April:

Learn strong foundations of hatha yoga in this 12 week course. We dive in-depth into the basic asana (postures), as well as the surya namaskar (sun salutation) sequence, the pawanmuktasana (joint movement) sequence. We will also cover some pranayama (breathing) and mantra, and yoga philosophy will be woven throughout.
